Terms and conditions:

If you purchase something and it is faulty on receiving it (e.g. a broken instrument that won’t play), then I will happily exchange or refund the product including return-postage.

If the product appears to be faulty under normal usage within the first year (e.g. it hasn’t been run-over by a car/smashed against a wall/chewed to pieces by a dog or child) then please contact me to arrange it’s return. I will happily exchange or refund the product plus your postage once the fault has been confirmed.

I am happy to exchange or give store credit due to change of mind within a month of purchase, however you will need to cover the cost of the item’s return to me as well as the replacement’s postage.

Privacy Policy:

Any information collected such as your name, contact details and address will only ever be used during the purchase and delivery process, and/or to contact you via my newsletter which you can unsubscribe from at any time. I will never divulge your information to a third-party.

My website is protected by SSL encryption.

I at no point have access to credit card information as all sales go through Stripe, an independently run secure payment portal (or via a Square reader if you buy from me in person).
